Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. For Christmas gift purchases during November & December 2021, we will allow exchange through to 14th January 2022. Please add 'gift' on your purchase note where possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached.
Refunds available on faulty products only. Please contact Mack Maree Clothing directly ([email protected]) if you have a problem or question with your purchase.
Shipping
To return your product, you must contact [email protected] and arrange the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless for faulty goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
